Pine Belt Communications, a telecommunications provider serving Alabama with internet, TV, phone, and mobile services, partnered with Smith Kroeger to plan and launch a new, consolidated website. The project required merging several existing sites into one, with a fresh site architecture and intuitive content organization. Just as important, the redesign needed to reflect Pine Belt’s modern, innovative brand.
Special features included designing flexible modules for pricing and bundles, integrating a third-party service location tool and connecting multiple APIs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The result is a streamlined, contemporary website that not only showcases Pine Belt’s services more effectively but also helps attract new customers and drives conversions with a clear, user-friendly experience.
