Following an initial brand and event discovery, our team will handle the logistics and put together a specific staff for your event, ensuring each team member is the right fit for your organization through a robust training process. Smith Kroeger handles all payroll and team management details to help you focus on other matters.
Smith Kroeger’s Brand Ambassadors consist of approximately 30 part-time team members located in Eastern Nebraska who have the ability to travel around the region. Each member of our staff is hand-picked to ensure our partner brands are represented by sharp, social and energetic individuals. All Nebraska-based employees go through a thorough state background check and employee training. We also include a dedicated team manager who has more than a decade of experience as a representative for numerous local and national brands.
Our Brand Ambassador team can execute a variety of initiatives, such as sampling products at Nebraska football tailgates, running on-ice promotions at Omaha Lancer hockey games and setting up booths at local festivals to educate patrons. Our team is available to work both evening and weekend events.
