When asked to share a few things he wished someone told him before he became CEO, one piece of advice he shares is, “Follow your gut.  If your instinct is telling you that you should part ways with an employee whom you don’t believe is key to your organization, don’t have a fear of making those tough choices. It will be better for your business in the long run.”
